Sunday carvery and the band in the background was delightful! Went with some work friends to enjoy Hanukkah was a pleasant afternoon. Waiting staff were so friendly and attentive. All except a comment that was made after asking to have the outside of the beef as the middle was too pink for me "that is not the proper way to eat it". Little wait to get a drink at the bar but was ok. Was an improvement since the last time I visited.

Recently booked the Woodlands Hotel for my Gran's 100th birthday. We were very impressed with how the room was laid out and the effort that was made by all. The food was excellent along with the service provided by the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they were all very obliging. They made my Gran's day so much more special. Thank you.
Great venue for a party! Staff very professional and friendly, excellent bar with great selection, outstanding food and cater to vegetarians. Gan was a very professional Manager and made sure we were happy on every aspect of our booking. My wife's 40th birthday party Disco extravaganza was amazing and our guests were able to book into the rooms, which was very convenient. Will definitely have another event at the Woodlands Hotel in the future!! Only negative, DO NOT HIRE IN THE HOUSE DJ MICHAEL or use his recommendation for a light up dance floor, Neil of Flash Dance Floors. They were both very unprofessional, very late on setting up and did not deliver on agreed items. Woodlands Hotel "5" stars, DJ Michael "0" stars!! Thanks again to Gan and his outstanding staff making my wife's 40th birthday amazing!!!
