Fantastic B&B. Bedrooms high standard and lovely touches making your stay that bit more comfortable. First class breakfast and recommend those Lincolnshire sausages. Most of all the warmest of hosts altogether home from home.

What a wonderful b&b! Really great location for walking into town. Beds are wonderfully comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I had freshly baked croissants with a selection of jams whilst my husband opted for the poached eggs on toast. Both were delicious. Jackie the owner is wonderful as well, she is super helpful and very accommodating. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would recommend.

Stayed here for 1 night in July 2014 and it was a fantastic stay. Jackie who runs the place was very courteous, the room was smart and well kept, the bathroom only had a shower (no bath) but this was more than fine with me, bed was comfortable, the only criticism i would have would be that the curtains don't quite block out enough of the early morning summer sun. I had cycled there so she kindly locked my bike up in the garage overnight. The breakfast was as good as you'll get anywhere, overall i was really impressed and would go back again if i needed to.
