Excellent customer service. An honest garage (which is becoming a rarety these days!) They could've quiet easily have charged me a fortune but were honest enough to say that with the age of the vehicle and milage it would be a waste of money due to other things that would end up going wrong very soon.
I took my car for a front brake pad replacement. Booked in on the same day, at a time that suited me. A reasonable quoted price which was held to. I was given a time of 1 hour for the work to be completed which was pretty much on the button. Nice greeting at reception, free Wi-Fi and coffee in a comfortable waiting area. Work completed and all seems good with my brakes. It's the first time I've used this company, if I'm working away and can't use regular mechanic, I'd definitely use In 'n' Out again.
Took my car for an Mot, waiting area is very comfortable, free hot drinks machine and you can see your car being worked on. Fast service and very helpful staff. My car needed work, the part was ordered, my car fixed and Mot pass completed by the afternoon. Very satisfied and would recommend.
A very fast efficient and polite service. Had 4 tyres fitted and tracking. I would definitely use them again.
