Repairs the car a second time for so long and no information, I called several times and they kept saying it will be finished the next week for over two months now. We are a family of 5 and we have to drive a little Nissan Juke, no space at all. Very bad customer service and bad overall.
They did a great job...EVENTUALLY! Selected this company from a choice of repairers offered by my insurance company because I wanted the job done quickly and they had a slot for just a few days time. Then got a phone call to say the slot had gone and delayed me 2 weeks. They eventually took the car but delayed a further 2 weeks, constantly changing the completion date. Eventually got Aviva to give them a kick up the backside and they finally completed a job that should have only taken 3 days. Dont go here if you want the job done quickly. They clearly just lie about the date they can do the job by to get you to go there and then put you off indefinitely until they atually can or until you make enough fuss. Cant fault the final product though.
just a quick thank you to say how pleased i was with car repairs carried out by whitakers of pinchbeck they collected the car tues 11 sept ,i had update next day and a phone call to say it was done on 14 th all nice and clean inside and out well done every body concernd . chris cawkill
Utterly appalling !!!!!! I have been instructed to use Whitakers by insurance companies on 2 disastrous occasions. Each time the repairs have been sub-standard, required rework and clearly show the vehicle has been repaired !!!! I would advise everyone to do their homework and find a reputable company with better customer reviews before your insurance company directs you as to which repairer you utilise.Their review status speaks for itself.
Brilliant communication. Excellent customer service. If you have the choice to use these guys don't hesitate. They kept me up to date with my car repairs as and when needed. I knew exactly what stage my car repairs were at throughout the whole process.Bottom line these guys are great.
