This is one of the worst Post Offices I have had the misfortune to try and use. The woman at the counter wrote that my item was under insured (Which it wasn't) on my recipt. Total was of time and space. The sooner they go out of business the better!
The post office service has gone down hill since moving into the Mace Store at Pinchbeck. They have now stoped taking in parcels and letters that have pre-paid labels on them saying the Post Office do do pay them enough to take these letters. Surely doing this is a breach of there contract. I have contact the CEO of the postal Service and I am waiting for a response . I will post this once I have once. The attitude of the staff and owner is awful and they do not care about the customers that come in the store. Even during busy times one person is on the post office side while the second person twiddles his fingers sitting on the seat waiting for customers to come in. DON"T GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS SHOP......
Cant believe they are still open.they are arrogant in there and spend most of the time on the phone,then look at u gone out waiting to be served.i and most ppl i know would rather catch the bus to spalding to use the post office rather than go to pinchbeck, even though its litterally a 2 min walk from me.never known a worse shop/p.o
Says open today on website says opening times however may vary due to Christmas hours wasn't open at all really should just say closed it carnt be that hard to just say closed
Lady overcharged me for my parcels. and made a comments about another customer to myself about his dwarfism, very rude
