I had a problem with my oil boiler. Suttons sent their engineer round for me and he found the problem straight away, something about a photocell and a coil. I'm not quite sure what they are but he did try to explain. Either way he had them on the van, swapped them over in less than 10 minutes and everything was working fine again. Really great service and very knowledgeable engineer. Will definitely be getting it serviced with them later this year. Thank you so much
Had Sutton's come and look at my Glowworm boiler in the garage. I was really starting to think that it was going to have to be a new boiler this time. He took the case off and said the fan had gone. Thought i would be a week without heating or hot water but he ordered it that day and came to fit it the next. Absolute amazing service and saved me a few thousand for a new boiler. Explained as long as the boiler wasn't dangerous or leaking and have it serviced yearly it will be fine. Can't recommend enough. Thank you
