A smooth visit to the outpatient eye clinic on 14 Nov 18. Plenty of suitable seating throughout, ample clean toilet facilities, a friendly and inexpensive cafe.Bus service doesn't work out too great for me, but not much the hospital could do about that.
Most impressed with flexibility and efficiency during our appointments on Tuesday 27th November.My wife and I had separate appointments, but the departments cooperated to ensure we were both seen within a short time frame. Thank you.
Very clean hospital.have had to come here a few times.staff always very helpful.yes sometimes you have to wait a while to be seen,but it isn't any longer that ive had to wait at other places,and at least you don't have to worry about your parking ticket running out as parking is free
I have been so sick twice now and have rang 111 twice in the past 2 months to be given the same doctor at Johnsons on the weekends who explains nothing to me. He speaks so fast I can not understand, I ask him to repeat and he repeats it but too fast again. He talks over you when youre trying to explain your symptoms. He didnt actually give me my diagnosis until I had to literally ask him what was wrong with me and he took my temperature to see if I had a fever and then didnt state whether I had one or not. Its so awful when you feel so poorly and weak and you go to seek help to get the pain to stop and you get a 2 minute appointment with a doctor you cant not understand.
Never been here before. Nice looking place, friendly reception staff, very rude cleaner. Visited on 12 Oct at 1.45pm. Went to the toilet, when I came out a cleaning trolley was blocking my exit along with a wet floor sign. A cleaner came out of the baby change room opposite, looked at me and said "Didn't you see the sign?". I certainly didn't trip over or move a sign so it wasn't that obvious. Lessons in how to deal with the public may be helpful.
