Best gym in Spalding in my opinion. Really decent Hammer Strength equipment.
Great gym. Everything you need is here. A good set of weights, both free and isolation machines. Punch bags, bikes, runners, x trainers, sunbeds and even a physio.

Very beautiful and well equipped gym for every age, sex, shape and size. The staff very friendly and helpful. Opening hours are adequate for the average gym goer. Though the parking spaces are limited in front of the gym, there is free parking in the area and safe also. I would recommend this gym to anyone planning to visit or join.
